At MINIS, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MINIS account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
